Workshop Participation

Registration cost

The registration (including tuition fee and course material) will be approximately

  • 350 EUR for academic researchers
  • 1000 EUR for industrial participants

The registration will be payable via invoice, upon acceptance of your application. The final registration cost may be slightly different, depending on the price of the course material.


Price range for the accommodation.
The ELEC department can arrange for enough accommodation for all participants. A proposition for the accommodation will be formulated, in agreement with the participant. Leave unchecked if you can provide for your own accommodation during the workshop, from which you can commute every day to the ELEC department.

Motivation letter for participation (about 5 pages)
This document should include

  • your expectations of the workshop and your vision on the impact of the workshop to your research (i.e. why would you like to participate to this workshop)
  • a proposal of a project that is of interest for your research, and to be worked out in collaboration with ELEC researchers during 1-2 weeks after the lectures and exercises. More info on the individual project (opens in a new window).
